3. Remaining Balance
The remaining balance may be settled:
By secure payment link before departure; or
In cash upon check-in, where applicable.
Payment instructions will be provided by our reservation team after the booking is confirmed.
4. Currency
All prices displayed on our website are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Payments made in other currencies may be subject to exchange rates determined by your bank or card provider.
5. Payment Processing Fees
Hercules Premium Cruise does not charge additional payment processing fees.
However, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply transaction fees, foreign exchange fees, or other charges that are beyond our control.
6. Booking Confirmation
A reservation is considered confirmed only after:
The required deposit or full payment has been received; and
A booking confirmation has been issued by Hercules Premium Cruise.
Automatic payment receipts do not constitute final booking confirmation.
7. Failed or Incomplete Payments
If a payment is declined, interrupted, or not successfully completed, the reservation may remain unconfirmed until payment is received.
Hercules Premium Cruise reserves the right to release unconfirmed reservations without prior notice.
8. Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to our Cancellation Policy.
Refunds will normally be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions and payment providers.
9. Fraud Prevention
For security reasons, we reserve the right to verify payment information and booking details before issuing final confirmation.
Any booking suspected of fraudulent activity may be suspended, cancelled, or subject to additional verification.
