These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Hercules Premium Cruise. By making a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after Hercules Premium Cruise has received the required payment and issued a booking confirmation.
2. Payment
Payment terms may vary depending on the product, travel date, and booking channel. Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. Applicable cancellation charges and refund conditions are outlined in our separate Payment Policy.
4. Weather Conditions & Operational Changes
Cruise itineraries may be modified, delayed, or cancelled due to weather conditions or instructions from local authorities for safety reasons.
5. Force Majeure
Hercules Premium Cruise shall not be held liable for delays, modifications, or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, epidemics, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.
6. Guest Responsibilities
- Arrive on time at designated meeting points.
- Follow all safety instructions.
- Safeguard personal belongings.
- Respect crew members, fellow guests, and the environment.
7. Health & Special Requests
Dietary requirements, allergies, medical conditions, and mobility limitations should be communicated in advance. Special requests remain subject to availability.
8. Third-Party Services
Certain services may be operated by independent suppliers. Hercules Premium Cruise cannot be held responsible for operational failures beyond our reasonable control.
9. Liability Limitation
Our liability shall be limited to the value of the travel services booked directly with us. Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
10. Complaints & Service Issues
Any issue arising during the trip should be reported immediately so that appropriate action can be taken while services are being delivered.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for reservation management, operational arrangements, customer support, and legal compliance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
