The cruise offers approximately 6 hours on Ha Long Bay, including sightseeing, outdoor activities, lunch and relaxed time onboard. The full Hanoi round trip takes longer because of the road transfer between Hanoi and Tuan Chau Marina.
What is included in the cruise package?
The package includes the cruise, buffet lunch, entrance fees, kayaking or a traditional bamboo boat ride, English-speaking guide, welcome drink and the scheduled sunset experience. Hanoi round-trip transfer is available by shuttle bus or luxury limousine.
Where does the cruise depart from?
The cruise departs from Tuan Chau International Marina in Ha Long. Guests traveling from Hanoi can arrange a round-trip shuttle bus or luxury limousine transfer from the Hanoi Old Quarter.
What time does the cruise depart and return?
Guests arrive at Tuan Chau Marina at around 11:30 AM and board the cruise before departure at approximately 12:00 PM. The cruise returns to the marina around 6:00 PM. With Hanoi round-trip transfer, guests typically return to Hanoi Old Quarter around 9:00 PM.
What attractions will we visit?
The cruise visits Sung Sot Cave, Luon Cave and Titop Island. Guests can explore the cave, choose kayaking or a bamboo boat at Luon Cave, and swim or walk to the viewpoint at Titop Island.
Can I go kayaking during the cruise?
Yes. Guests can kayak at Luon Cave or choose a traditional bamboo boat instead. Guests who prefer not to participate in the activity can remain onboard and enjoy the scenery.
Is the buffet lunch included?
Yes. A buffet lunch is served onboard in the air-conditioned restaurant during the cruise. The menu includes Vietnamese dishes, seafood and international options.
Are vegetarian or special meals available?
Yes. Vegetarian and other dietary requirements can be accommodated. Please let our team know in advance so the appropriate meal option can be arranged.
Is the cruise suitable for children?
Yes. Families with children are welcome. The day combines sightseeing, outdoor activities and relaxed time onboard. Children under 4 years old can travel free on the cruise, while transfer and applicable entrance fees may be charged separately.
What should I bring on the cruise?
We recommend comfortable clothing, comfortable walking shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat, swimwear and a camera. A light change of clothes can also be useful after swimming or kayaking.
Can I skip an activity if I do not want to participate?
Yes. Guests can choose a more relaxed pace when an activity is not suitable for them. For example, guests who do not wish to kayak can choose the bamboo boat or remain onboard and enjoy the bay scenery.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Cruise operations may be changed or canceled when weather or sea conditions affect safety. If the cruise is officially canceled by the local authorities, guests will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule for another date.
What is the cancellation policy?

Is Hanoi transfer included?
Round-trip transfer from Hanoi Old Quarter is available by shuttle bus or luxury limousine. Pickup is arranged within the Hanoi Old Quarter area, and the return transfer drops guests back in the same area after the cruise.

Yes. You can reserve your cruise in advance and pay at check-in. Our team will contact you after receiving the booking to confirm the necessary details.
What is not included in the cruise price?
Bar drinks and personal beverages, travel insurance, and tips for the guide or driver are not included. Optional services or personal expenses are also paid separately.
